Chlorination System
Raw water from wells, dugouts, lakes or rivers is chlorinated inline by a liquid chlorine chemical feed pump. The water is then fed into a properly sized retention tank. The chlorine will kill bacteria such as coliform and E.coli.
• Chemical feed pump • Solution tank • 5-gallons liquid CL • Retention tank • 10/54 fully automatic multimedia filter • Bypass valve • CL test kit
• The chlorine will also oxidize iron and manganese, and it will eliminate hydrogen sulfide gas (rotten egg odour) • The water is then fed into a properly sized multi media filter, which is designed to remove all of the oxidized iron, oxidized manganese, odour and residual chlorine
